In-person session

One on one Art Therapy session is designed to allow the individual to express themselves creatively while being supported by a qualified therapist. It can also be used as part of ongoing personal development work or for creative expression.

Group session:

Groups are provided with a judgmental-free group session where they can share and create a support group.

Art Therapy group sessions are a great way to learn new skills and better manage daily life and relationships. It effectively expresses feelings, emotions, and experiences through creative activities such as drawing, painting, sculpting, or collaging. The activities can be done in a group setting with the guidance of an art therapist who will facilitate the process. In these sessions, participants will learn how to use art as a tool for self-expression and self-discovery. They will also gain insight into their thoughts and feelings while exploring their creativity in a safe space.

Workshops are in-person events with organizations, corporate entities, schools, and colleges or through virtual events via Zoom.
